At Whiskered Words of Frisky Felines, every piece of swag is created just for you through print-on-demand production. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or preference. However, if your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we’ll make it right.
Print-on-Demand Swag (Apparel, Accessories, Home Goods)

Non-returnable: Since each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Defects/Damage: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@whiskeredwords.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Books & Other Physical Products
For non–print-on-demand items (such as our books), you may request a return within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

Returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:

Personal-use or items (like mugs, tumblers, once used)
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email info@whiskeredwords.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Shipping Returns
If instructed to return an item (non-print-on-demand products only), we will send the return address via email:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
